Описание: On a peaceful day, I invite you into another soothing ASMR journey filled with traditional cooking, nature sounds, and warm family moments.

In this video, I prepare a delicious homemade biryani at the special request of my brother. The experience begins with the calming sounds of washing rice in water. As the grains move gently in the bowl, the soft splashing sounds create relaxing ASMR tingles.

Next, I wash the chicken under the flowing water stream. The sound of water moving over the chicken and the bowl creates a refreshing and satisfying texture that adds another calming layer to the journey.

The cooking process then begins with preparing a rich chicken curry that will later become the flavorful base of the biryani. As onions, garlic, and green chilies hit the hot pan, beautiful sizzling sounds fill the kitchen. The gentle stirring of the ingredients creates a rhythmic cooking atmosphere that feels warm and comforting.

When the washed rice is added to the pot, it produces a unique sizzling sound that is both unusual and deeply satisfying. The grains move softly in the pot while the spices and steam begin to build the beautiful aroma of biryani.

Alongside the biryani, I prepare a colorful mixed vegetable curry filled with carrots, potatoes, green peas, and other vegetables. As the curry slowly bubbles and cooks, the soft boiling sounds create relaxing ASMR textures.

Once the chicken curry is ready, I remove the drumsticks and fry them separately. As the chicken hits the hot oil, strong sizzling sounds begin. When the drumsticks are turned over in the pan, the crispy frying sounds become even more satisfying.

Meanwhile, my brother prepares a fresh curry leaves and coconut sambol. The journey begins in the garden as he gently picks fresh curry leaves from the tree. You can hear the soft rustling of leaves and the peaceful outdoor sounds around us. After washing them, he removes the stems and places the leaves into a traditional stone grinder along with coconut. As the grinding begins, the deep rhythmic sound of the stone grinder creates powerful ASMR tingles.

For the biryani, I also use fresh buffalo curd that comes wrapped in dried banana leaves inside a clay bowl. As the wrapping is removed, the dry leaf sounds create delicate crinkling ASMR textures.

When the biryani is finally ready, the rice is gently mixed together with the fried onions and sultanas. As the pot is opened, steam rises beautifully while the firewood stove crackles in the background.

Also this include a deep frying of onions and sultanas to give you sizzling ASMR tingles. The final serving is one of the most satisfying moments. The biryani is placed onto a large flat basket lined with a banana leaf. As the rice is spread and served, the soft texture of the grains and the banana leaf create soothing sounds that complete the cooking experience.

This video also features a very satisfying pineapple peeling scene, where the gentle slicing and removal of the pineapple skin create crisp, rhythmic ASMR sounds that add another relaxing and mesmerising texture to the journey.

At the end of the video, we gather together to enjoy the meal as a family. My brother, my grandmother, and I sit together, sharing the biryani while talking and laughing. Throughout the video, you will also hear birds singing, the wind moving through the trees, and the peaceful sounds of nature surrounding our home.
