Keema Lobia Recipe | Minced Beef and Red Kidney Beans Curry

Looking for a delicious and hearty meal? Try this Keema Lobia recipe, a flavorful combination of minced beef and red kidney beans cooked with aromatic spices. This dish is packed with bold flavors and pairs perfectly with naan or rice!
Ingredients:
• 1 lb minced beef
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 can red kidney beans (lobia)
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 2 to 2.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1.5 tsp coriander powder
• 1.5 tsp cumin powder
• 1.5 tsp red chili powder
• 1.5 tsp black pepper
• 1.5 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp garam masala powder
• 2–4 green chilies, sliced (adjust based on size and spice preference)
• Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions until they turn light brown.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the minced beef and cook for a few minutes until it changes color.
4. Mix in all the spices except garam masala and cook for another few minutes.
5. Add the diced tomatoes, cover, and let them cook until soft. Mash the tomatoes with a spatula and mix well.
6. Once most of the water has dried up, add the red kidney beans and stir well.
7. Add garam masala and green chilies, then mix and cook until the water completely evaporates.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
