Exploring Asakusa, Tokyo 🇯🇵 was like stepping back in time! In this video, we walk through one of Tokyo’s most historic districts and experience traditional Japanese culture up close.
We start our adventure by trying on authentic kimonos, transforming into a classic Japanese look while walking the beautiful streets of Asakusa. Then we explore the famous Nakamise Street, where we try a variety of Japanese street snacks and local treats that have been enjoyed for generations.
Our journey continues at Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest and most iconic Buddhist temple. From the massive Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate) to the peaceful temple grounds, we take in the history, culture, and traditions that make this place so special.
From traditional clothing to amazing food and ancient temples, this day in Asakusa was an unforgettable way to experience authentic Japanese culture.
