To clear the search history and remove recent activities in Windows 10, follow these steps:

1. Open the Start menu by clicking on the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
2. Click on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the Start menu to open the Windows Settings app.
3. Click on the "Search" option in the Windows Settings app.
4. Click on the "Permissions & history" option under the "Search history" section.
5. Click on the "Clear search history" button to clear your search history.
6. To remove recent activities, scroll down to the "Activity history" section and click on the "Clear" button under "Clear activity history".
7. In the pop-up window that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of activities you want to remove, and click on the "Clear" button.
That's it! Your search history and recent activities should now be cleared from your Windows 10 PC.
