The 8th (almost} Annual Thanksgiving In the Desert trip led us to the Defense Mine and Lookout City. This is a fun trail that has some challenges as you approach the mine, and some optional, and fun challenges along the way.
The trip up to Lookout City is worth the drive in my opinion, and is an easy road for a 4WD vehicle.
