My own Au:
Cezar forcefully tried to take Ruby and run away from the ship and he succeeded. On the middle of their journey tho, there was a big storm in the sea which broke their shop. Fortunately Ruby was washed ashore but she was far away from her home. She was in a new nation where she met a girl name Kanae. Kanae found Ruby unconscious and took her in as her sister. Soon Ruby started living with Kanae and changed her name to Shinobu kocho and changed her hair colour and eye colour. She started learning flower breathing but since she was weak she couldn't master any breathing. She was also suffering from her anorexia so it made it hard for her to adapt to any other breathings so she created her own breathing i.e. the insect breathing and started using poisons to kill demons. After that Kanae was killed by douma and the rest is history.
