Rafissaab left us was on the 31st of July 1980 at around 10.25 pm. The date was still 31st July but the Islamic date changed to 18th Ramadan, Friday. Rafi Sahab was beyond the boundaries of religion, caste, Creed, Language, Money, and politics. This is an appreciation video for all his unbiased charity works for all religions and humanity.
