Описание: In-depth review of the brand-new Sabfoil Blackbird by Balz Müller - Independent and unpaid! I've once again taken my time testing the foil, but it's much more than just a new front wing. The Blackbird is the first foil in Sabfoil's brand-new monobloc construction, featuring a new design that offers more lift and glide than ever before.

Carbon monobloc constructions are not new to the foil market but Sabfoils approach has a smart twist. By adding small wings to both sides of the fuselage it becomes an active part in generating lift and glide. This feature is reminiscent of the earlier released Seadevil's riding characteristics, but is much more focused on performance, freestyle and speed.

Right from my first light-wind wingfoil session I could fell the difference this new concept makes. The Blackbird is a high performance front wing, super versatile across multiple foiling disciplines and with an amazing range. No matter what I did, I had a blast and both, the Blackbird 805 and 905 are a true „keeper“ for me.

The Blackbird will be available in three sizes, 965, 905 and 805. There’s also a new W-UHD / Ultra High Modulus Carbon mast with a wood core that is fully suitable for freestyle and hard core maneuvers.
