Finish Big Strong Guys with Unconventional Rear Naked Choke Setup

Описание: Today's video is a request from a Blue Belt named Nick who struggles to finish chokes from back mount against bigger, stronger, opponents.

He said they're able to grab his hands and stop his grips from getting around their neck. He also says their shoulders and neck make it difficult to get a fully sunk in choke.

So, in today's video I share 1 of my favorite details for finishing rear naked chokes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This idea works against people of any size, but I originally figured it out against a guy who was 50lbs heavier than me (as I'll explain in the video).

I use an unconventional back mount position and hand fighting technique to set it up. And while this may look like it wouldn't work, I've used this against tough black belts in competition and training.
