INGREDIENTS:
RECIPE 1 Bengali Special LABRAR TARKARI (Mix Veg)
Mustard Oil – 2 Tbsp
Tejpatta - 1
Red Chilly Dry - 1
Panch Phoran - 1 tsp
Potato - 2 medium
Carrot - 1 medium
Parwal - 1 cup
Peas - 1 cup
Drum Stick - 1
Cauliflower - 200 gms
Salt as per taste - 1 tbsp or as per taste
Turmeric – 1tsp
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Spinach - 100 gm
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
RECIPE 2 Bengali Special Tomato Chutney
Tomatoes - 3-4 medium
Mustard Oil – 2tbsp
Panch Phoran - 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste
Turmeric – 1tsp
Sugar – 1cup
Khajoor - 5-6
Aam Papad - 2 tbsp
