In this short training session, we explore Company Teams in Sage CRM and how they provide a powerful, no code way to control access to sensitive information between users who would otherwise have identical visibility.
Using standard demo data, the lesson explains why Company Teams exist, how they work alongside territories, security profiles, and row and field level security, and how tab sensitivity is used to restrict access to sensitive data. You will see how users in the same territory and with the same security profile can still have different levels of access depending on whether they are members of a Company Team.
