SAVAGE RX7 RIPPS! ...kirkbride Airfeild...A few test hits 9.4 second no prep 1/4 mile!!

Описание: Got invited down by chucky, RS200 lads and JDM Dyno to do some test hits on the Kirkbride air strip,

Child free night for myself and the mrs so we decided to head down to Carlisle to do some testing on the RX7, It was raining on and off and with a 30mph head wind we were never going to put down fast fast times but be great to get down and test the recent suspention changes to the front and also the Nitrous to get onto the transbrake.

Car behaved well! I accidently overfilled my coolant system so when doing the pulls would skeet out some water up onto the window. Coolant pressure is still at Cap pressure so no worries here yet.

Still need to put in around 15 degrees extra timing but managed to get the boost right up there so happy with the control of everything, Not fount the limitations as of yet but im sure the pistons will soon die after i give it some real power.

Was great to get down to kirkbride, The air strip is no prep however is grippier than crail but not as gripy as the street. I could deffinatly wheelie on this surface if i wanted to thats for sure. These lads have big plans on hosting events here with parties and competitions, There is a hotel on site with resteraunts local, shops and other hotels so i can see this becoming a cool place to come to when they are set up.

Its full 1/4 mile with what feels like another 1/2 mile of run down. No breaks needed to slow down haha.
