Multiple subscribers have asked me to check out a Toyota they are interested in, whether it be for sale on Craigslist, from a neighbor or at a dealership. Usually it's just an online posting with pictures but sometimes the vehicle is local and I get a chance to see it in person. We got to actually see this 2021 Tacoma SR in person. It was supposed to be a clean, low mileage, one owner pick up that is in like-new condition, especially since the asking price is the same as when it was sold new. Everything looked good at first, until we got a little closer.. and well, you'll see. So be careful, just because the vehicle is at a big name dealership, and the salesman is saying it's "like new" doesn't mean it can't be hiding thousands in damage, and once you sign on the dotted line, its too late. So make sure to climb over every square inch of the vehicle and inspect closely.
