Our online Bespoke Canvas Builder allows you to order the exact size, depth and type of stretched canvas you require. From your specifications we create your order in our workshop before sending to you.
All of our bespoke canvases come with the appropriate crossbars, fixtures and fittings with clean staple-free edges. There is a ‘Cut to length’ option as well as our stock sizes. These are available in wood or aluminium bars. The bars are cut at 45 degrees and use mechanical inserts to connect the joints of the stretcher which can later be expanded with a hex key to tighten the canvas.
Our museum quality wood stretcher bars are PECF certified, kiln-dried and triple laminated, Our aluminium bars are lightweight with exceptional archival properties. Both are designed to provide a solid, stable, and professional support for your canvas.
