Sometimes it means reminding buyers that just because they’re approved for a certain amount doesn’t mean they should spend it.
And sometimes it means saying, “Now might not be the right time.”

I’m very local to this market. I walk these homes, watch listings sit, track price reductions, and see what’s actually moving — not just what looks good on paper. My goal is to explain what’s happening in plain English, without the usual real estate fluff.
