In this episode, I begin from to Sun Retreats Cayuga and paddle downstream to Byng Island Conservation Area. My total paddling distance was 27.3 km. I paddled under 2 bridges including the Canada Air Line Railway Bridge (now used for the Cayuga Grand Vista Trail), and Talbot Rd in Cayuga. I also portaged around Byng Island Weir 4 and went for a walk to visit Dunnville for dinner in the evening. I spent the entire day in the single-tier municipality of Haldimand County.

The canoe is an Old Town Penobscot 16', made of Royalex, which I rented from Element Canoes in Hamilton: https://www.elementcanoes.com I filmed this video using a Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone. The drone shots were filmed using a DJI Mine SE. The GPS I used for the trip is a Garmin eTrex 30.
