Action Society was at the Strand Regional Court on Friday, 30 January, for the murder case of Nadia Lotz, who was brutally killed in March 2023. Her boyfriend, Charles Appolis, stands accused of murdering her while she was driving with a friend in Strand.
The proceedings focused on legal arguments presented by both the prosecution and the defence. The magistrate indicated that she will now apply her mind after hearing both sides. The matter has been postponed.
