CONCLUSION:
No oc except for ram XMP @3200mhz. I don't recommend on overclocking the cpu or the igpu without a decent aftermarket cooler. If you do overclock it without a Aftermarket cooler you're gonna deal with the temperature which eventually slow your core clock and then lower your fps.

I recorded the game play with Third party software (Msi Afterburner), it has performance hit more or less 7fps so without the recording it's a lot smoother even with 8gb ram only.

Video Card options: Rx 470,480,570,580, Gtx 750ti, 1050, 1050ti, 1650 etc..
✅8GB: If you're in a budget it's fine if you only have 8gb, still playable but you may notice stutters due to its shared memory.

✅16gb: 10+Fps advantage. Absolutely smooth game play. You may even mixed the setting into medium but i prefer low for the better game play.
