"Nowhere at the Millennium of Space: Redux" is a full alternate and "redone" version of the original NatMoS with better production and more emphasis on emotion rather than concepts or faithfulness to the original. In place of stages a 1-8 "year" system is being used which encapsulates the patient's state of dementia on a "yearly" basis.

"Year 4 is a long, long year. As the disease progresses and solutions become less and less effective, they slowly wither into a deeper and deeper state of confusion and fog. More lapses in memory and loss of personality and short-term memory begin to chip away at the last remaining hope they have. The final months of the year show delirium and emptiness. The symptoms worsen month by month, memories repeating as they slowly chip away like a record that's been played too often."
