Описание: Hi, and welcome back to home gupshup. I had to hastily replace the kitchen liners in the kitchen cabinets this morning. My to-do list included the kitchen, so I also planned to organize the spice drawer as well. While I was attending to other matters, I thought it would be a good idea to make  a quick snack to have on hand. When cared for properly, white kitchens are typically rather simple to keep clean.

I'm excited about the festivals this year, even though I realise it's a little early. I purchased some cushion covers last year specifically for the festivals so showcasing them and how I store them. If you remember, I mentioned that we had a small vacation trip, which led to the delay in the previous blog, so I thought of, including some clips from our trip to Barcelona as well.

Masala Peanuts Recipe
1 cup Raw peanuts with skin, ¼ cup Besan, 1 ½ Tablespoon Rice flour, 2 Tablespoon Oil (might need less than this), 1 teaspoon Red chili powder, ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon Garam masala, ½ teaspoon Chat masala, ½ teaspoon Amchur powder (Dry mango powder, can be substituted with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice), ¼ teaspoon Asafoetida, Salt to taste
