Let's make something to give the coffee table a big storage upgrade. A remote control holder caddy (wood, of course) will let me organize all of the remotes and even my phones into one central location. This build will be 100% wood. To start, we will take some African Mahogany and some black walnut over to the planer. Some quick passes on the table saw and angled cuts on the new miter saw will have us on our way. For the joinery it is all butt joints and wood glue - no hardware necessary. Though, if you want you can add some felt pads to the underside of the caddy.
I'm very pleased with how this turned out. It was a quick build and potentially something we will offer in the shop. As always, please let us know what you think in the comments.
