Cracks in concrete structures occur due to shrinkage or settlement of the surrounding foundations.
The formation & advancement of cracks can be controlled to prevent spread across the concrete surface.
MAX FRANK Zemseal® sub-structure waterproofing membrane effectively seals cracks, protecting the concrete structure from external moisture ingress.
In the video, a concrete specimen is stretched under controlled conditions. Leak tests were carried out with a crack width of 2 mm and a water pressure of 5 bar.
