Welcome to Serbia where meat holidays are celebrated and people eat meat for breakfast, lunch, and diner. I stayed in Serbia for 3 months and tried to discover the best vegan options that it has to offer. Something that I discovered is the word "Posno" which means fasting food. This is an important word for vegans traveling in Serbia and the Balkans. "Posno" can also mean that it contains fish or honey, but 95% of it will be completely vegan (make sure to ask before buying something)
