Описание: On April 13–14, 2026, Northwell Health’s Quantum Biology Forum, with the support of United Therapeutics, will bring together leading minds in biology, physics, and medicine to explore how quantum mechanics is reshaping our understanding of life.

Quantum Biology is the science that helps explain how life works at the quantum scale, including a focus on the cell’s power plants—the mitochondria—and beyond. It examines how quantum processes influence fundamental biological functions, from energy production to cell signaling and repair.

Breakthroughs at this intersection of physics and biology hold real promise for treating some of today’s most challenging diseases, including Parkinson’s, Cancer, and ALS.
