✅ CHICKPEA COOKIES INGREDIENTS
¼ cup ghee, clarified butter or light olive oil
¼ cup olive oil, light
¾ cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 teaspoons ground cardamom, freshly ground whole green pods, adjust per taste
½ tablespoon rose water, optional
1 Pinch salt
2 cups fine chickpea flour, sifted
1 tablespoon pistachios, unsalted, slivered
