I had a few hours to kill in Aberdeen so I thought I might as well capture the morning traffic in Aberdeen, and it was busier than I expected. I visited the station twice as in-between I decided to look around the city for an hour before catching my train to Inverness.
Features mostly ScotRail trains including 170414 in the Borders livery, the Caledonian Sleeper being shunted into Clayhills, a Cross Country train on the longest train journey in Britain from Aberdeen to Penzance, which takes 13 and a a half hours and is 785 miles long. Virgin Trains East Coast HSTs make a couple of appearances in Aberdeen, both working trains to London Kings Cross.
As in my other 'Rush Hour' videos, each train is given service details with their headcode, origin plus time of origin's departure and its destination.
