How to make Ichiran Tonkotsu Ramen | copycat recipes

Описание: Ichiran is the original ramen in the Hakata area of Japan. Tonkotsu broth uses the spine. People say Ichiran mixes chicken bones and beef bones , but they make tonkotsu soup with only pork spine.
This time I used a pressure cooker, but instead of not using it, it is okay to boil over low heat for 6-7 hours.
