This gotta be the most eye opening episode for me. I have always wondered what happens to all the unused materials after VP and HOMA2u comes to the picture. Literally, the materials in one junkyard alone is sufficient for a boutique hotel. Unfortunately this is the ugly side of development and luckily there is a way out.

It takes a lot of effort to first source and filter through all these tiles, then repackage them so customers can repurpose them accordingly in their house. As home buyers established extra high standards by hiring defect checkers, it's only normal that developers will buffer in higher quantity of materials just in case. Not only that pushes up the property price, but the level of wastage goes up too.

I do not have a long term solution just yet. But I think whatever HOMA2u is doing is incredibly noble and this will be my first stop if I'm renovating my house.
