Triton Training 6 Months Update (Finnish Lapphund Puppy)

Описание: Here's all the main things I've been teaching Triton so far! It's the first time I've really put this much effort into dog training, now that I know more about dogs, and it's going so well that he's already easily the best trained dog we've ever had! He also has a really strong desire to work which I guess makes sense since Finnish Lapphunds are a working breed. He's really smart too, especially to figure out what I want when I know I'm not quite as consistent as the pro trainers say to be. He does get distracted at times, but that's understandable for his age, and also his personality as an intensely curious and excitable little man. I'm really impressed with his progress, and soon I'm gonna have to start googling what else we can try together!!

Other things I forgot to mention:
He also knows that when I'm about to come through a glass door or open his crate door, he should sit politely and not rush out or rush at me, until I have a toy ready and say "hey you!" as the signal to grab that toy and then do his happy butt wiggle and "where have you been!?" noises hahaha :3
He knows to go "in the crate" when I approach the crate with a treat, will then sit, and looks at me while I place the treat until I say "yes", then he can have the treat while I close the crate door.
He knows "trade" as the signal to let me have the toy or chew or Forbidden Object in return for a treat.
He's crate trained and has been able to hold easily overnight since the day we got him at 8 weeks old, credit for that goes to his breeder Orical Finnish Lapphunds.
