This 25 minute relaxation is ideal to do after a yoga practice, or at any time of the day when you need to recharge and renew body and mind.
It can be done sitting or lying down. If you tend to fall asleep during relaxations, please do the relaxation lying down :-)
Remember to stay comfortable and listen to your body and mind - if you feel uncomfortable with any part of this practice leave it for now.
