"cactusBARN presents Beauty And The Beast, a dynamic two-person exhibition featuring acclaimed artists Ken Little and Cathy Cunningham-Little, on view from September 5 through November 7, 2025. This special collaboration marks the first time in over a decade that the husband-and-wife team will share an exhibition space, offering viewers a unique juxtaposition of their distinct artistic visions. Beauty And The Beast examines nature within our current environment—its splendor, fragility, and untamed energy. Ken Little’s work incorporates taxidermy animals, reimagined with his signature craftsmanship and conceptual edge, while Cathy Cunningham-Little contributes a suspended mobile that captures movement, light, and the shifting interplay of natural forces. Together, their works create a dialogue about the duality of the natural world—simultaneously serene and unpredictable. Ken Little is known for his skillful manipulation of found materials, often transforming them into thought-provoking sculptures that address culture, identity, and nature. His works have been exhibited nationally and are included in numerous public and private collections. Cathy Cunningham-Little is an artist whose work often engages with light and perception.
