Today I am sharing traditional
recipe of crispy bitter gourd chips.
or Karlyache kap,which are enjoyed
as a side dish with regular dal rice,
khichdi,and regular meal.
So try it..

Ingredients:
. 250 gms bitter gourd
. 1 tsp salt
. 1 tsp lemon juice
. Red chilly powder as per taste.
Method:
.Wash bitter gourds properly
and cut it in medium thick
pieces.
. Remove hard seeds from
it.
. Add salt and rub it properly
to bitter gourd slices.
. Cover it with lid and allow to
rest it for 8-10 hours or overnight.
. After 10 hours, twist bitter gourd
slices with palms gently to
remove excess moisture.
. Add red chilly powder and lemon juice
to slices and mix it properly.
. Arrange this slices on plastic paper
separately and allow to dry it
completely for 2 days in sunlight.
. When dry completely,store it
in dry airtight container for whole year
and enjoy just frying in oil whenever
want.
. Bitter gourd chips or karlyache kap
are ready..
TIPS:
. While frying chips oil should be medium hot.
.Sprinkle chat masala after frying chips for
chatpata taste..
