Drifter:
Boots (First Blood): You'll have to search for Texas Steer brands and compare, some that look almost identical to the screen used ones have appeared on sites like eBay and Etsy.
Boots (Rambo): These are gonna be a bit tricky as they're an older special edition. If you search Adidas Muhammad Ali you may be able to find some on collector's websites.
Pants: Really any kind of blue denim boot cut jeans if you want to go for the original style.

Tank top: A few were actually used in the movie with slightly different logos but best bet would be to find a gray or white sweatshirt (with or without Adidas logo) and get to cutting and distressing.
Red Sweatshirt: A few options but many list older 80s style ones as vintage clothing or a new one just search for Red Raglan Long sleeve or sweatshirt.
Canvas Poncho: Searching for standard brown utility tarp will do the trick but a few can be found here

Branch tape: Vietnam era on eBay with new custom ones through various sellers too.
Wavy US Flag Patch: they have shown up on eBay and Etsy if you search for "Rambo Flag Patch".

Action Hero:
Boots: These will probably be the hardest as many were custom made or don't specify brands. For the jungle boots you'll have to search for side zip jungle boots which do occasionally come up on eBay however the others it's hard to say.

Black tank top: Just search for "Black Men's tanktops" and use your best judgement for the width of the shoulder sections.

Headbands: Since there's really no officially made ones you'll have to search around for the right thickness and length as many common ones cover more of the forehead. Ones made by Nike for instance are thin though not long enough.
Rambo III Satchel: Searching for IDF or Israeli web gear or packs on eBay or online in general will sometimes bear results however you'll have to find a strap to match them as they were often worn on suspenders.
Watch: These are pretty hard to come by but if you search for the specific models a few will appears, sometimes on eBay or others on collector's forums.
Necklace: Again a bit tricky as quite a few versions are available in all shapes sizes and prices though accurate replicas do appear from time to time
Hair: You can search for a mullet wig or grow it out
Muscles: On your own for this one

Bows, Knives and Firearms:
For the bows, arrows, quivers and accessories you'll have to check eBay and websites like The RPF. Since most of the items were custom made to varying extents not a whole lot is out there ready to go. Really the only thing you can buy and alter easily are the Razorbak 4 broad heads of which you can find on eBay.
Firearms: For replicas and airsoft check eBay and airsoft/milsim websites.
Mission and Survival Knives: A lot of versions, editions and types are out there. Some are merely for display while others are fully functional. There are some that were made in limited quantities and others which are mass produced. George Newman's Rambo:
Boots: You can simply search for leather US military boots or their full name but they're still readily available.
Pants: same as above, just search for Black BDUs.

Glasses: search for "gold aviator glasses".
Hair: Same as with Rambo.
Headband: just a scrap piece of black cloth.
Muscle suit: work out or look online for one.

Topper Harley:
