Описание: The entire process of qualifying as a solicitor is changing in 2021 when the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) is introduced and it is one of the biggest shake ups the profession has ever seen. There is a lot in the news about what may or may not be happening and, understandably, a lot of confusion amongst you aspiring lawyers about what on earth is going on and what you should be doing to prepare for it.

Crispin Passmore, former director of policy at the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and now consultant to some of the biggest names in legal business, tells LAB why he spearheaded the reforms and how you should be taking advantage of the changes to make the most of them and take control of your legal future.
