This walking tour offers the gamut of perspectives, from the close at range medieval walls to far reaching, seemingly eternal landscapes and sweeping panoramas. Our walk begins at the imposing medieval city gates, and follows the original walls surrounding the city. Along the way we are met with narrow cobbled alleyways, historic churches, beautiful gardens and waterfalls. Passing by one of the wall's original turrets, we end with a perfect, contemplative view out across the vast landscape of Portugal and Spain. Truly an awe-inspiring vista.
