It is especially useful for Kettlebell lifters who need to develop great flexibility throughout the spinal column in order to properly distribute the loads evenly when using 2 Kettlebells, such as in the double kettlebell Clean & Jerk. This tutorial is to start you from the very beginning up to an intermediate level. Take your time, do it well, and don't rush.
