Ingredients:
5-6 cups mealie-meal,
3 cups water (room temperature),
1 teaspoon salt,
6-8 cups boiling water

Kitchen tools/utensils:
1 x large glass or ceramic microwave safe casserole dish,
1 x handheld whisk
1x large, strong and sturdy wooden spoon,
1 x damp (not wet) large kitchen towel

Cooking time: Approximately 1 hour
