Lila wanted to be the “perfect girl” for her(his) mother, so she(he) started to act like her(his) sister, which lead to bullying, making lies, etc, since her(his) sister was the “perfect daughter” for her(his) mother.
After she(he) got expelled, she(he) decided to move away, to start a new life, she(he) became trans, went to a new school and met (pregame) Shuichi, maki, kaede, rantaro, kaito and miu, the others were from other schools. They signed up for Danganronpa, got their memories erased and got their personalities changed. The rest goes on from there, “The New Life” begins…
