I think Lenny White is one of the most underappreciated drummers out there. It's not that people don't think he is an incredible drummer. It's just that he doesn't seem to get the same amount of acclaim as some of his peers like Billy Cobham or Dave Weckl. His discography is pretty impressive. His ambidexterity is even more impressive. I love how he comes out of half time for the solos. Honestly, if I could take a drum lesson with any living drummer, Lenny would be at the top of the list. I've seen him live a few times and even got to see Return to Forever about 15 years ago. Needless to say, that was pretty awesome.
I use an AI program to separate stems. Sometimes it gets a little wonky. There are a couple of spots in the song that were a real challenge to hear while I was playing. It turned out pretty good though.
