Описание: Join me on a slow and cozy days living in the English countryside as a person who naturally has low energy. Recharging, tidying up house and garden, baking apples for breakfast and enjoying slow winter days.

Baked Apples:

5 medium apples
a handful of walnuts
50g whole oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 teaspoons of cashew butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
100 ml water
berries/ chocolate

Remove cores from 5 apples and scoop out the inner part to make a well. Combine chopped walnuts, oats, maple syrup, sugar, milk, nut butter, salt and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Place inside of each apple. Top with berries or chocolate. Place in a deep pan or cast iron and pour 100ml of water into the dish to help apples cook better.
Bake for approx 45 mins at 180C/ 355F.
