Big Mama: a fast-growing European hospitality and restaurant company founded in 2015 in Paris. They operate a network of Italian restaurants and trattorias in cities across Europe, including Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, London, Madrid, Barcelona, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Brussels, Milan, Monaco, Birmingham, Manchester and an osteria in Dubai.
