Welcome to Day 3 of the 28 Day Strong Core & Sculpt Pilates Program.
Today’s class is a longer full body sculpt session designed to build strength, endurance and control. We’ll layer deep core engagement with lower and upper body work to create balanced, intentional movement throughout.
Expect slow, controlled transitions, focused muscle activation and low-impact strength work that supports posture and stability.
This session brings together the foundation we built in Day 1 and Day 2 into a complete, full body flow.
Continue progressing through the series by following each workout in order.
