INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast - 400 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 3 tablespoons, divided
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom - 2 pods
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Onion puree - 170 grams
Tomato puree - 150 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Cashew paste - 50 grams
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh cream - 50 grams
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Dosa mixture - 160 grams
Yogurt - 120 grams
Water - 250 milliliters
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. Mariante for 20 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it and mix it well.
4. Cook for 7 - 8 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 pods cardamom and stir well.
7. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute.
8. Then, add 170 grams onion puree and mix it well.
9. Cook for 5 - 8 minutes on medium heat.
10. Now, add 150 grams tomato puree and mix it well.
11. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
12. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
13. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
14. Cook for a minute.
15. Then, add 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
16. Bring it to a boil.
17. Add 50 grams cashew paste and mix it well.
18. Now, add the cooked chicken in it and mix it well.
19. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
20. Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
21. Add 50 grams fresh cream and mix it again.
22. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
23. Now, add 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
24. Cook for a minute and remove it from heat.
25. In a mixing bowl, add 160 grams dosa mixture, 120 grams yogurt, 250 milliliters water and mix it well to make thick batter.
26. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
27. Now, pour the prepared batter on the tawa and spread it evenly.
28. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
29. Add 1 tablespoon butter and spread it evenly.
30. Then, add the prepared stuffing on it.
31. Drizzle some fresh cream on it and garnish with coriander.
32. Roll it carefully and remove it from heat.
33. Serve hot.
