Did the first service on my new Yamaha FZ-07 at the 600 mile mark, but didn't have the know-how or tools for the throttle body synchronization. No way I'm coughing up the cash for a dealer to do it. Fortunately for me, all that information and more can be found at http://fz07.org. A couple threads in the forums told me enough to get it done:

Ever heard of a "manometer"? Me neither till I read those threads!
This sync is required at every service interval, so it's worth finding a quick easy method to get it done. You can find the tubing at most hardware stores, if not, McMaster-Carr. The screwdriver is Milwaukee model 48-32-2100, available for $20 at Home Depot or Ebay.
BTW, my bike was running fine before the adjustment, as it is after. Just felt this was something I should know how to do.
