With the release of Remnant's SWAMPS OF CORSUS DLC, you can now face off against Cessnya, the ISKAL QUEEN, and kill her dead. She's a challenge, mind you.
To get the alternate kill on the Iskal Queen, get her into phase two where she comes off her throne and stun her under the dripping water. Then skewer her on a stalactite.
You'll get a new trait (Footwork — improves move speed while aiming) and the Iskal Husk boss item which you can craft into a weapon mod (Seeker — summons an exploding beetle minion) as a reward.
This video is me accidentally figuring that out.
