On February 21, 2026, people flew in from around the world to witness the LIVE unveiling of Apellix Intelligence (AI), Apellix's autonomous drone software.
As part of Apellix' collaboration with the U.S. Army, Apellix designed an autonomous drone platform — and we're bringing that autonomy to our operators!
Introducing AirTrace: Trace a box on your drone controller screen, and your drone will automatically clean that area, hands-free. The operator selects a flight path, presses go, and AirTrace intelligently completes the cleaning tasks.
AirTrace is the first new autonomous software feature Apellix is launching. As part of Apellix Intelligence (AI) Premium, Apellix will continually roll out powerful new software updates designed to increase operator efficiency, precision, and control.
This is the evolution of autonomous exterior maintenance.
