Hello folks,
Welcome my channel Root and Soul Cooking.
This Boal fish recipe can be done with Rahu, Katla or Bhetki fish as well. I used Boal (Wallago attu) fish, which is native to South and South East Asia. This curry tastes awesome with hot plain rice.
This is absolute finger licking recipe for fish lovers.
Marination Spice mix
Mustard oil – 1tbsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
This spice mix can be store for 2-3 days in refrigerator in air tight container.
