Terms and Lingo:
Wattle and Daub - Wattle was a lattice of wood strips and Daub was mud made from clay, sand, straw, and dung
Cruck Frame - long, curved timbers which supported the roof.
Thatch - roofing material of bound bunches of reeds
Truckle/Trundle - beds that could slide under the parents' bed during the day
