Introduction:
This workshop will whet the appetite of both the novice and experienced teacher to be ready to teach young learners this summer. It will focus on key factors to consider at the planning stage and practical ideas for the classroom to ensure everyone gets the most out of these short courses.
We will see how we can take the stress out of working with little people and teens and use their energy to our advantage by creating a positive and dynamic learning environment from the outset. Techniques to maintain pace and variety and make lessons engaging and meaningful will be on the menu together with go-to side orders to spice things up.
