Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• A little butter (for the pan)

Instructions:
1. Crack the 3 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the egg whites and beat with an electric mixer for about 4–5 minutes, until they become thick and fluffy.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the yolks and whisk by hand for about 2 minutes.
4. Add a small amount of the whipped egg whites to the yolks and mix gently.
5. Fold the yolk mixture into the remaining egg whites carefully — keep it light and airy.
6. Melt a little butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
7. Pour the mixture into the pan, cover it with a lid, and cook for about 10 minutes until the bottom turns golden.
8. Remove the lid, gently loosen the edges with a spatula, and fold the omelette as shown in the video.
